Capilano University Counselling Mural
Capilano's counselling and accessibility services offices are located at the end of a dark and tucked away second-floor corridor. The staff wanted to transform the space into something bright an warm that would welcome students using these services, and reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding campus. I designed and painted this mural in July of 2023.
The wall consisted of two sections which spanned a total of 219 square feet.
All plants in the mural are native to the Pacific Northwest, including plenty of berries I grew up picking in the forest in the spring time.
